Street & Lot Parking

Street parking in DUMBO is limited and can be difficult to find, particularly during weekday and evening hours. Metered parking is available on nearby streets, typically with time limits and daytime enforcement. Several paid garages are located within a short walk and offer the most reliable option, though rates tend to be higher given the area’s density and proximity to the waterfront.

Street parking is generally more accessible in Park Slope, with a mix of free residential spots and metered parking on nearby avenues. While spaces can still require a short search, it is often possible to find parking within a few blocks. Please note that alternate side parking rules are in effect on most residential streets. A small number of paid garages are available in the area.

Driving Directions From Nearby Locations

DUMBO office (68 Jay St, Brooklyn, NY 11201)

  1. Make your way to the Brooklyn Bridge and follow signs to enter heading into Brooklyn.
  2. As you cross, stay in the right lanes toward the Brooklyn exit.
  3. After exiting, follow signs for Cadman Plaza West / Downtown Brooklyn, then keep right toward Tillary Street / Brooklyn Bridge Park.
  4. Continue forward and turn right onto Jay Street.
  5. Stay on Jay Street as you head into DUMBO, passing under the Manhattan Bridge.
  6. You’ll find 68 Jay Street on your right.
  1. Head toward the Williamsburg Bridge and cross into Manhattan.
  2. Follow signs for the FDR Drive south, then take the exit for the Brooklyn Bridge.
  3. Cross back into Brooklyn and stay right as you exit toward Cadman Plaza West.
  4. Take the exit for Tillary Street, then turn right onto Jay Street.
  5. Continue straight into DUMBO—68 Jay Street will be on your right after you pass beneath the Manhattan Bridge.
  1. Head north on 4th Avenue, then turn left onto Atlantic Avenue toward Downtown Brooklyn.
  2. After several blocks, turn right onto Flatbush Avenue Extension.
  3. Follow signs toward DUMBO / Manhattan Bridge, then turn left onto Tillary Street.
  4. Stay to the right and turn onto Jay Street, heading toward the waterfront.
  5. Continue a few blocks—68 Jay Street will be on your right.

Park Slope office (808 Union St, Brooklyn, NY 11215)

  1. Head to the Brooklyn Bridge and cross into Brooklyn.
  2. After exiting, follow signs for Cadman Plaza West, merging onto Adams Street.
  3. Continue onto Boerum Place, then turn left onto Atlantic Avenue.
  4. After several blocks, turn right onto 4th Avenue, then left onto Union Street.
  5. Continue a short distance—808 Union Street will be on your right.

  3. Cross into Brooklyn and continue onto Adams Street, then Boerum Place.

  2. Continue straight, crossing over 4th Avenue.
  3. Stay on Union Street for a couple more blocks.
  4. 808 Union Street will be on your right.
  1. Head south on Vanderbilt Avenue, then turn right onto Union Street.
  2. Continue straight, crossing Flatbush Avenue into Park Slope.
  3. Stay on Union Street as you pass 7th Avenue.
  4. Shortly after, you’ll find 808 Union Street on your left.
